Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
BE / BSc (Civil Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university
PEC Registration is mandatory
Higher qualifications will be preferred
Experience
Minimum 22 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction / Housing
Experience with Government / Semi-Government / Armed Forces / DHA projects will be preferred
Key Skills & Expertise
Planning and development of housing projects
Procurement and handling of consultants
Overseeing project schedules and work plans
Land acquisition and related legal matters
Contract management and bidding processes
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Overall management and supervision of housing/engineering projects
- Ensuring quality standards and timely completion of works
- Policy formulation and implementation for housing projects
- Coordination with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Reporting to the Board of Directors, Pakistan WAPDA Foundation
- Any other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors (PWF)

- Maximum 62 years
