Post Title: Managing Director

Employment Type: Contract (initially 3 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance)
🎓 Qualification & Experience
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Qualification:
M.S / MBA / B.Sc Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of experience as Chief Engineer / Director General / General Manager in BPS-20 or equivalent
Age Limit:
Maximum 57 years at the time of application

🛠️ Scope of Responsibilities
The Managing Director will be responsible for:

Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors
Creating and executing viable business plans covering sales, marketing strategy, financial background, and projected profits
Acting as Regional / Provincial Quota representative
