INVITATION TO ADVERTISERS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing Agencies for the promotion of Pakistan Railways’ real estate assets and development projects through digital platforms.

Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following services:
Development of a comprehensive digital strategy for Pakistan Railways’ real estate
Showcasing prime land assets and development projects
Website management and content updates
Social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
Paid digital campaigns including Google Ads and LinkedIn Sponsored Content
Creation of promotional videos and digital creatives
Investor and developer engagement campaigns
Monthly performance dashboards and analytical reports
Lead generation, sentiment analysis, and ROI evaluation
Quarterly review meetings with REDAMCO management
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum three (03) years of verifiable experience in social media and digital marketing
Valid SECP Registration, NTN, and Affidavit of Non-Blacklisting
Experience in public sector, parliamentary, governance, or reform-focused digital campaigns will be preferred
Submission Requirements
Interested agencies must submit the following documents on or before the closing date:
Company profile including details of relevant past projects
At least three (03) client references (public or private sector)
Copies of:
SECP Registration Certificate
NTN Certificate
Affidavit of Non-Blacklisting
Portfolio of digital marketing campaigns (public sector experience preferred)
Evaluation & Shortlisting
Shortlisting of agencies will be carried out in accordance with PPRA Rules and Procedures
Only shortlisted agencies will be invited to present their proposals before the Evaluation Committee

Shortlisted agencies may be invited to present their proposals before the committee
Final selection will be based on technical evaluation, experience, and overall suitability
REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications at any stage without assigning any reason
