The Energy Department, Government of Balochistan, has re-advertised multiple provincial and district-level staff vacancies (PRQ No. 1003/24-08-2026) in re-issuance of previous advertisements (PRQ No. 3555 & 3556 dated 31 January 2026). Following the restoration of the rule-based quota system, candidates holding local/domicile status of Balochistan are invited to apply for various class-IV and driving positions ranging from BPS-01 to BPS-04. Candidates who had previously submitted applications do not need to apply again, as their previous forms will be processed under the AI Testing Recruitment Policy 2026.
The recruitment drive includes provincial zonal level vacancies for Driver (BPS-04) across multiple zones (Merit, Kalat, Zhob, Nasirabad, Makran, Quetta Zone, Sibi, Quetta City, Minorities, Women, and Disabled quotas). At the district level, class-IV vacancies are advertised for Chowkidar (BPS-01), Naib Qasid (BPS-01), and Sweeper (BPS-01) in various districts including Quetta, Zhob, Hub, Awaran, Turbat, Sibi, Nasirabad, and Kharan. Educational qualifications range from Middle Pass with a valid HTV/LTV driving license and 2 years driving experience for Driver positions to basic literacy (reading/writing) or relevant field experience for support staff roles.
Eligible candidates must submit their applications along with two recent passport-size photographs, CNIC, Local/Domicile certificate, and attested copies of educational transcripts. The general age limit for applicants is 18 to 28 years, with upper age relaxation applicable as per Government of Balochistan rules.
