Election Commission of Pakistan ECP Jobs 2026

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has officially released a vacancy announcement (PID (I) 1945/26) inviting online applications from suitable male and female candidates across Pakistan. As an independent constitutional institution, ECP is seeking qualified, computer-literate, and dedicated individuals to fill administrative staff vacancies through its Online Recruitment System (ORS). Appointed candidates will be liable to serve anywhere across the country.

The recruitment drive includes vacancies for Senior Assistant (BS-15) and Sub Assistant (BS-11). For the Senior Assistant position, applicants must hold a Graduation degree, be computer literate, and complete a 06-week basic IT training course (including MS Office) recognized by the Government. For the Sub Assistant role, the minimum educational requirement is Matriculation with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and a 03-week basic IT training course. Regional quotas are allocated across Merit, Punjab (including Women and Non-Muslim Minorities), Sindh Urban, Sindh Rural, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Eligible applicants must submit their applications through ECP’s official recruitment portals at www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk. The prescribed age limits are 18–28 years for Senior Assistant and 18–25 years for Sub Assistant, with a general 05-year upper age relaxation admissible under civil post rules. Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel. All online applications must be submitted within 20 days of the publication of the advertisement.
