Punjab Land Records Authority PLRA Information Security Jobs 2026

The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of the Punjab, Lahore, has officially released an advertisement (IPL-8830) inviting applications for executive IT and cybersecurity vacancies. PLRA is seeking experienced, dynamic, and highly qualified cybersecurity specialists on a contract basis for an initial tenure of three (03) years (extendable based on performance). All advertised positions are located at PLRA Head Office, Lahore, offering attractive salary packages along with substantial technical expert incentive allowances.

The recruitment drive includes senior managerial and mid-level technical positions under the PPG-7 and PPG-6 pay grades. Key vacancies include Deputy Director Governance Risk & Compliance (PPG-7), Deputy Director Offensive Security (PPG-7), Deputy Director Security Operations Center L3 Analyst (PPG-7), Assistant Director Penetration Testing & Red Teaming (PPG-6), Assistant Director Application Security Tester (PPG-6), Assistant Director SOC L2 Analyst (PPG-6), Assistant Director Digital Forensic & Incident Response (PPG-6), and Assistant Director Security Architect & Administrator (PPG-6). Educational requirements specify 16 years of education in Information Security, IT, CS, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Cyber Security from an HEC-recognized university, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience and professional certifications (such as CISA, CISM, OSCP, CISSP, CEH, or Azure/CCNP certifications).
