The Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority Foundation (PWF) has officially issued a job advertisement (PID(L) 462/26) for the executive position of Manager (Procurement & Technical) PWF in BPS-19. Operating under WAPDA’s welfare mandate, the Pakistan WAPDA Foundation manages various commercial and welfare projects across Pakistan to support retired employees and families of deceased personnel from WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC. This recruitment drive offers an influential managerial opportunity for retired senior engineering professionals seeking a contractual appointment in Lahore.
To fulfill the eligibility criteria, applicants must possess a B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) from an HEC-recognized university. The position is open to retired WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, or NTDC officers with a maximum age limit of 62 years (contract term extendable up to a maximum age of 65 years). Candidates must have at least four (04) years of experience as Superintending Engineer, Resident Engineer Power House, or Manager Technical in BPS-19 or above (CEs / GMs). Preference will be given to professionals with proven expertise in procurement, material management, inventory control, and thorough awareness of PPRA Rules.
Selected candidates will be appointed on an initial one-year contract, extendable up to a maximum tenure of three (03) years based on performance.
