The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has officially released an advertisement (IPL-8694) inviting applications for the appointment of a Part-Time Senior Legal Advisor (Senior Legal Counsel). Pursuant to the instructions dated May 14, 2011, issued by the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, the board is seeking a seasoned legal professional to manage civil, writ petition, service, and organizational litigation. This appointment will be made on a part-time engagement basis for an initial term of two (02) years.
To qualify for this strategic legal position, candidates must possess a Law Graduation degree (LL.B) along with a valid license to practice in the High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years of active legal experience, supported by valid Bar Council membership. The designated legal counsel will represent BISE Rawalpindi across various courts, render legal opinions on administrative and constitutional matters, and ensure proper legal representation in pending cases.
Interested advocates must submit their written application addressed to the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi. The application package must include a detailed CV, certified copies of law degrees, practice licenses, High Court / Supreme Court enrollment certificates, and experience testimonials (in duplicate).
