đź“‹ Job Responsibilities
The Managing Director will report to the NESPAK Board of Directors and will be responsible for:
Leading the overall management and strategic direction of NESPAK
Developing and implementing innovative strategies, plans, and policies
Improving organizational profitability through business development
Expanding NESPAK’s footprint in international markets
Ensuring effective corporate governance and operational excellence
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications
Registered Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)
with a recognized Council/Authority, holding at least a Bachelor’s degreeDoctorate or Master’s degree from QS-100 ranked universities will be preferred
Professional Experience
Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision
Proven ability to design, implement, and manage infrastructure projects
Strong background in leadership, strategic management, and decision-making
Excellent reputation for professional integrity and performance

Maximum age: 60 years (as of the closing date of application)

Initial contract duration: 3 years
Extendable based on performance
Attractive market-based salary package (estimated PKR 65+ million per annum)
