The Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) invites online applications for initial recruitment to various posts across departments of the Government of Balochistan. Applicants are encouraged to apply early and avoid waiting for the last date.
Important Notes for Applicants
1. Age Calculation
The candidate’s age will be calculated based on the closing date for application submission.
2. Local/Domicile Certificate
Applicants must submit a valid local/domicile certificate of their district.
Married female candidates may apply on the basis of their husband’s local/domicile certificate.
In-service candidates may submit local/domicile certificates recorded in their service documents.
3. Government Rights
The government reserves the right to fill or not to fill the advertised vacancies.
4. Zonal Allocation
Zonal allocation is made as per the Recruitment Policy of 1991 for provincial fairness.
5. Experience Requirements
Only post-qualification experience will be counted. Experience gained during studies, unpaid internships, or honorary roles will not be considered unless specifically allowed.
6. Eligibility
Eligibility will be determined based on recruitment rules, scrutiny of applications, and performance in the written test/examination.
7. Viva Voce Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Viva Voce Test. Questions will relate to:
Current Affairs
General Knowledge
Islamic/Religious Studies (or relevant religious questions for non-Muslim applicants)
Pakistan Studies
8. Document Submission
Candidates selected for Viva Voce must submit:
All relevant academic and experience documents
Local/domicile certificate
CNIC
Departmental permission (for government employees)
Failure to submit documents within the required timeframe will result in rejection.
